However, in 2026 AI sits across all of them. It influences decision making, shapes customer experience and, increasingly, affects enterprise value.

The first gap we see is visibility. Buyers frequently discover AI usage indirectly. A marketing automation relies on generative content. A pricing workflow includes an embedded model.
